Get from Autodesk App Store

Click the download button above to access BIMKraft on the Autodesk App Store and install it directly to your Revit installation.

Note: You must be signed in to your Autodesk account to download and activate BIMKraft.

Install BIMKraft

Follow the Autodesk App Store installation prompts. The add-in will be automatically installed to your Revit.

Installation location:
BIMKraft will be automatically installed to:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\BIMKraft.bundle\

Launch Revit

Start Autodesk Revit. BIMKraft will automatically load.

Look for the BIMKraft tab in the Revit ribbon with all available tools.

You're Ready!

BIM Kraft is now installed and ready to use.

Troubleshooting

BIM Kraft doesn't appear in the Add-Ins tab

Solutions:

  • Ensure the files are in the correct Revit Add-ins folder
  • Check that you're using Revit 2023 or later (2023-2026)
  • Verify that .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher is installed
  • Try unblocking the DLL files (right-click → Properties → Unblock)
  • Restart Revit after installation
Error message when launching a tool

Solutions:

  • Make sure all required DLL files are in the same folder
  • Check Windows Event Viewer for detailed error messages
  • Verify you have a valid Revit project or family open
  • Try running Revit as Administrator
